The main aim of the Free Time with the Kids blog is to share with you some great cheap of free family days out. However there are times when you don’t mind spending a bit more money on a family day out, as long as it’s still good value. Here you’ll find some of my favourite family days out across the UK that are worth spending a little bit more money on. All of the reviews below will cost more than £25 for a family of four to visit, so they’re probably not the kind ofplaces you’ll visit all the time.
You’ll find a real mixture of treat days out and activities on this page. They’re mostly in Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire or Oxfordshire. You’ll find reviews for indoor activities as well as some popular family days out. These are all places that I’ve taken my three kids to and I give you my honest opinion of what they’re like. There’s also information regarding costs, toilets, parking and food.
