Biggest Child had an inset day and we both thought it would be nice to do something special together without the other two tagging along. We have driven past Lost Jungle London several times when we did our review of the RAF museum and to see some friends who live nearby. The boys have always thought it looked cool so we decided to check it out.
The courses
There are three different courses you can do here; the Congo course, the Amazon course and a foot golf course. Each of the golf courses are 18 holes. Personally I’d say the Amazon course is a little bit harder than then Congo one, but neither of them are particularly hard.

Both of the golf courses look pretty cool though. There’s crocodiles, snakes, waterfalls, tarantulas, rivers and a giant gorilla. Some of the holes are across bridges which is quite fun (unless you’re Biggest Child and keep walloping the ball!). Quite a few of the hole have got tunnels etc. There’s not many of the obstacles you normally see on a crazy golf course, and not a windmill in sight!

The footgolf course
The footgolf course at Lost Jungle London is 9 holes. It snakes around the back of the crazy golf course. We didn’t really have a look around, but we have tried footgolf before and had fun. If you haven’t tried it before you don’t really need to be (that) good at either football or golf to play!
Our Lost Jungle London Review
It took us an hour and a half to do both of the crazy golf course at Lost Jungle London. I was a bit surprised it was only that long given the price. It is a much better course than other ones I’ve tried such as Mr Mulligan’s in Milton Keynes. The other thing to note is that this place is completely outdoors so it’s weather dependent. You don’t need to pre-book though.
Admission cost
Family ticket (2A, 2C or 1A, 3C) – 18 holes £30. 36 holes £45. Foot & short golf £25.
All prices are correct when this review of Lost Jungle London was published. Check their website for the latest prices.

Hi, I’m Vicky. My husband and I live in Aylesbury with our three children; a 14 year old son, an 12 year old son and a 6 year old daughter. I (mostly) love spending time together as a family. We visit all kinds of places and we’re quite happy to drive a fair distance for a decent day out. A few years ago I decided to set up Free Time with the Kids as a way to share our experiences of these family days out.
You’ll find the essential information you need to know before your visit that can be surprisingly hard to find out. Where do I park? How much will it cost me to get in? Are there any discounts available? Are there loos? Can I take a picnic or get food? My aim is to be your go-to guide for all your free and cheap family days out across Bucks, Beds, Oxon, Herts & slightly beyond. I really hope you find the reviews helpful.
